Shipping

All orders received by 2pm London time will be shipped the same day.  All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.

Brexit update: Any deliveries outside UK are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries.  

How long will my order take to arrive?

Mainland UK: 

• £10 DPD or FedEx: Next business day
• £5 Royal Mail: 2-4 Business Days

Channel Islands: £5

• Royal Mail: 2 business days

Europe: We currently have 3 shipping options:

1. £12 - Royal Mail International Post: 7-10 business days

2. £15 - FedEx Connect: 3-6 business days

3. £22 Express (DHL or FedEx): 1 -4 business days 

Rest of World: Orders outside of the EU generally arrive within 1-2 weeks although we recommend you order through our Australian Website. 

Our current shipping option is £25 with DHL.

Returns/Exchanges

Budgy Smuggler is committed to supplying top quality gear. That's why we will replace or refund any purchase* if you are not 100% satisfied.

*Sorry, sale (e.g Mystery Box) or discontinued items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I exchange an item? (Eg. to change size or the design)

The fastest way to have you Smuggling in the correct size is to re-order on our website and send the item you would like exchanged to our address below with a note including your order number and the item you're returning to the address below.

Provided the goods are received in the condition you received it, including the packaging and hygiene sticker (womens), we will issue a full refund including the original cost of shipping.

Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a tracking number.

What can I return/exchange?

Non-sale items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with swing tag attached and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of Underwear. Sale or discontinued items cannot be returned.

How long do I have to return/exchange?

Within 28 days of receiving your item.  Although if you’ve bought the item for a gift then we won’t be complete tight arses… just let us know the situation and they should be ok to exchange outside this period. 

Who pays for the return/exchange?

If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, in the first instance you pay for the postage back to us and then we will cover the postage of the exchanged pair back to you.

What if I received the wrong item/a faulty item?

Please email us at ukoffice@budgysmuggler.com.au and we will send you out a fresh pair with a return satchel or send you out a return satchel if you are just after a refund.

How long will the returns/exchange process take?

We aim to refund/exchange your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your return/exchange package. During busier times there may be a slight delay of up to 5 business days. For incorrect/faulty items we will send out a return satchel within 1 working day of receiving your email. 

Is the original Shipping Cost Refunded? 

Yes, as long as the goods are received in the condition you received it, including the packaging, we will issue a full refund, which will include the original cost of shipping if the whole order is returned. We kindly ask you to cover the cost in sending the exchange to us.

Please make sure to supply us with your correct address.

Budgy Smuggler will deliver the items to the exact delivery address supplied by you. Budgy Smuggler cannot refund your purchase if you supplied us with the wrong address. Therefore please take extra care when filling out delivery details.

If you enter your details wrong when ordering, please email us at ukoffice@budgysmuggler.com.au straight away to change that for you. 

Postage Customs and Customs Charges

When ordering from Budgy Smuggler's website, or through direct contact via email, phone or social media pages like Facebook or Twitter, from overseas you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Budgy Smuggler website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspections by customs authorities.

Any deliveries outside UK are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries. Budgy Smuggler UK cannot guarantee delivery, regular air mail within 14 days, or express delivery within 7 days outside the UK, however the vast majority of Budgy Smugglers' previous orders to countries outside of the UK have arrived within 10 days.
